We deliver Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

Cut off for next day delivery is 2pm but if you have missed the cut off time, then please give us a call, as we may still be able to help.

Please note we cannot guarantee a time for your delivery but will try to get as close to your required time as possible.

The Bloom Edit delivers to the following postcodes:

CW1, CW2, CW3, CW5, CW6, CW11

Collections are available Tues – Sat between 9.30-12pm or 12pm – 2.30pm.

Refund Policy

If a payment has been made in error, please contact The Bloom Edit on 01270 624625. Refunds are made at the manager's discretion.

Cancellation

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 6 below.

5.3 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
